2019 UHCCF Golf Classic at Dancing Rabbit Golf Club

Please join us for the 2019 UHCCF Golf Classic at Dancing Rabbit Golf Club to benefit the UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) on October 21, 2019.
We will have a great day of golf at the beautiful Dancing Rabbit Golf Club in Philadelphia, Mississippi (www.dancingrabbitgolf.com). The event will include a scramble, boxed lunch and awards reception following the golf.

Please make your hotel reservations by calling the Pearl River Resort Reservations Department at 1-866-44-PEARL. Attendees should identify themselves with the group code S10UHC9 in order to receive the applicable room rate. It is very important that you give the agent the correct group code.
Gift certificates to Dancing Rabbit’s Pro Shoppe will be awarded for the following:

| 2nd Place | $75 to each person in foursome |
| 3rd Place | $50 to each person in foursome |
| Closest to the pin | $25 |
| Longest drive | $25 |
The UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that embraces and supports the concept of facilitating access to health-related services that have the potential to significantly enhance either the clinical condition or the quality of life of the child that is not fully covered by the available commercial health insurance. The Foundation provides financial assistance toward the family’s share of the cost of medical services.
