Support a kid, change their life
Want to help change a child’s life? Your donation to UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) can help provide medical grants that improve a child’s quality of life and support our mission of helping kids and changing lives.
Are you a UnitedHealth Group employee?
Join us in being United for Hope by supporting UHCCF. Your gift helps provide medical grants for children and families when they need support most — and for eligible employees, it can go even further.
Fully integrated UnitedHealth Group employees: Please use the UHG Giving site to make a one-time or recurring donation to UHCCF. Donations made through the UHG Giving site will be automatically matched by the United Health Foundation, doubling your impact for children and families.
Non-integrated employees: Please use one of the other donation options listed on this page to support UHCCF and help bring hope to more children and families.

Give the gift of hope
In addition to direct donations, you can support UHCCF by purchasing a gift for a child. Explore our giving programs below.
Grins2 Shopping Program
With the Grins2 Shopping Program, your gift will go twice as far. When you purchase a gift from our Simply Do Goods online store, a child at one of our participating children’s hospitals will receive your gift while another child receives a UHCCF medical grant. From joke books to plush toys, you can give one smile and get two in return.

Nellie, Grant Recipient, 2024
“Naomi isn’t able to ride a two-wheel bike because of balance issues. It was electrifying hearing we received a grant to fund a three-wheel trike for her. It made her dreams possible.”
