If you are applying for a medical grant to help pay for prescription drugs, formula, supplements, etc., we suggest that you contact the manufacturer to inquire if they offer a discount program. If you discover that your stated financial need is lower due to finding and qualifying for a manufacturer’s discount program, please contact us and let us know so that we may update your application.
If you are applying for a medical grant to help pay for speech, physical or occupational therapies, we suggest that you contact your state’s early childhood intervention (children ages birth – 2) or special education services department (children ages 3 and up) at your local public school. It may be possible that your child can qualify for these services. If you discover that your stated financial need is lower due to finding and qualifying for additional resources, please contact us and let us know so that we may update your application.
