Helping Kids Changing Lives
Our mission is to improve children’s lives and help families gain access to the care they need through medical grants. As a UHCCF Ambassador, you’re a part of UHCCF’s legacy and helped us achieve our goal of awarding 20,000 UHCCF medical grants to children and their families nationwide! With your support we will succeed in hitting our next goal of 50,000 grants in 2030! We can do it!
Ambassadors in Action
“Great minds work together! Our Ambassador – Nancy Ruiz came up with the creative idea for a Halloween Themed Fundraiser for UHCCF. She recruited her colleagues – Helen Calanni and Mary Manolis to brainstorm. The Team came up with “Give Them Pumpkin to Talk About” – a Pumpkin Decorating Contest.
- The Client Services Team on the Employer and Payer side of the business formed Teams for the competition. We formed a total of five teams with a goal of $2,000. Each manager selected the final photo to represent their team.
- We opened voting on October 16th and left the voting open until November 1st.
- Voting had a minimum of $5 per vote.
- We surpassed the goal in the first five days and ultimately raised $4,985.00!
Here is the winning photo which raised $1,450.88. Helen actually carved out the pumpkin and dressed the part on her husband’s John Deer Tractor with her cowgirl hat and boots. This was such a fun and successful event, that we plan to make this our annual event for Client Services.”
