Outback Bowl Parade and Band Blast
Everyone had a great time on the UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation parade float this past December. This was the third year the Tampa health plan has sponsored this fun event during Outback Bowl week. There were hundreds of people lining the parade route and everyone had a chance to catch the UHCCF foam footballs and beads that were tossed from the float. The UHCCF was also highlighted during the battle of the bands after the parade. David Lewis, health plan CEO, was introduced and said a few words about UHCCF before throwing additional UHCCF footballs to the crowd.
