UHCCF is pleased to enter into its second year of partnership with CaringBridge, a non-profit organization providing free Web sites that connect families with significant health challenges to their loved ones. UHCCF has learned that parents who have children with special medical needs can sometimes become overwhelmed by medical terminology, treatment decisions and health care provider visits. In times like these, individually updating extended family and friends is an arduous task, though communication with loved ones is critical to receiving much-needed support. This is where a free, co-branded UHCCF/CaringBridge Web site can help centralize communication, saving precious time and emotional energy.
