Two new “Little Book - Big Laughs” books

September 30, 2015

Q: What has a spine, but no bones, and will make you laugh?

A: Two new “Little Book - Big Laughs” books!

These creative comedy collections will entertain readers with hundreds of funny jokes guaranteed to put smiles on people’s faces. Both the “Little Book - Big Laughs” Riddle Book and “Little Book - Big Laughs” Knock-Knock Book feature humor submitted by kids for kids. Their jokes will hit the funny bones of grown-ups and kids alike.

Proceeds from the sales of both books will help fund UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) grants that help families pay for children’s medical expenses not covered, or not fully covered, by a commercial health insurance plan. Since 2007 UHCCF has funded thousands of medical grants totaling more than $29 million.

The “Little Book – Big Laughs” books were compiled by Meg Cadts, author of the award-winning storybook Oliver & Hope’s™ Amusing Adventure. The new riddle and knock-knock books are two of three in the “Little Book – Big Laughs” series. All the books are available at Amazon.com for $5.99 each. UHCCF invites customers to make an even bigger difference by ordering several copies to give as gifts. Everyone enjoys receiving the gift of laughter.

“At the heart of these books is our desire to provide uplifting, entertaining humor to inspire any reader, whether in a hospital or waiting room, or on a long car ride. Book proceeds will help us further our mission of providing medical grants to children that will enhance either their clinical condition or their quality of life,” says UHCCF President Matt Peterson.
